Is support included?
Our support is limited to billing and/or technical inquiries regarding the pluginsforwp.com website only.
If you require technical support regarding a plugin or theme then you will need to purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided). Alternatively, you could ask around some of the helpful WordPress community forums.
Not offering support is how we can offer the products at a discounted price.
Are these genuine products?
Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine and authentic. If we feature a product on our website, then we have an active subscription for that product. We download them from the original developer and redistribute them to you. These downloads are not altered in any way, shape, or form.
How many sites can I use the plugin or theme on?
Unlimited. The plugins and themes are GPL-licensed, and you can use them as often as you need to, on however many sites you choose.
Do you provide updates to the products?
Yes. As soon as we are notified about an update, we go and download it from the author and update it on our site.
As long as your subscription is active, you can continue to receive updates for all your plugins.

An item I downloaded is asking for a registration code. What can I do?
Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box.

Yes. We are continuously adding plugins and themes to our library. Please contact us and we will try to get the request for you.
Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or cancel your plan anytime.
How long does a membership last?
We have a couple of membership options. The monthly plan lasts for one month and the annual plan lasts for one year. Both plans will renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date.
Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?
No, but we limit downloads to 20 per day so we can serve everyone.
Can I keep the plugins/themes after my subscription has ended?
Yes! All the plugins and themes that you’ve downloaded are yours to keep forever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we have a 30-day refund policy. Money-back guarantee if a plugin or theme is not working without a license key.
Can I cancel anytime?
