For the fastest response time, please provide as many details as possible. Some details are the features that don’t work and the steps you took to trigger the issue (if not obvious). Also, please attach screenshots and a video (if possible) of the problem.
Please note: some products’ demos are hosted on its official servers rather than the plugin itself and, therefore, can’t be imported.
The form will be submitted to our tech team so they can try to bypass the activation screen and provide you with a fully working item.
